u899 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between u899 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "you") who registers an account or uses any service available on u899.pro. These Terms apply to all aspects of the u899 platform, including but not limited to Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, sports betting, VIP rewards, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals.

By accessing u899.pro, downloading the u899 app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms are effective from the date your account is created and remain in force until your account is closed by either party in accordance with the provisions below.

u899 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform. Continued use of u899 after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use u899, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. u899 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be physically located in Pakistan at the time of registering and using the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close associate of u899 or its partners.
• You must not be using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided during sign-up is accurate, current and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

u899 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on the account.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on u899. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, u899 will close the additional accounts, and any winnings or bonuses accumulated in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your account. This includes all bets placed, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested, regardless of who physically accessed the account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

u899 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe a player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion or any form of cheating
• Abused any bonus, promotion or VIP reward
• Used automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4. Deposits

All deposits on u899 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion at any step. u899 supports the following deposit channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are reflected instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary per payment channel and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• u899 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your name may be declined or held for review.
• u899 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit as part of transaction verification.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. u899 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page. Actual transfer times depend on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts or payment methods in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not allowed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed at the time of request and vary by payment channel and VIP tier.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass KYC verification. This typically involves confirming your identity and, where applicable, your payment method ownership.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance is withdrawable at any time.
• VIP players enjoy enhanced withdrawal limits and priority processing. See the VIP page for tier-specific details.

u899 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests at any time. Players found to have exploited bonuses, manipulated game outcomes or otherwise acted in bad faith will have their withdrawal requests declined and their accounts reviewed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

u899 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a second bonus unless the first has been completed or forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through pattern betting, reverse arbitrage, multiple accounts or coordinated play is considered abuse. u899 will cancel affected bonuses and may suspend the accounts involved.
• Promotional Eligibility: Some promotions are restricted to specific payment methods, game categories or VIP tiers. Eligibility conditions are stated in each promotion.
• Modification & Cancellation: u899 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including removing a bonus from an account where misuse is suspected.

7. VIP Programme

The u899 VIP Programme rewards consistent players with escalating benefits across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Points are accumulated through real-money play across eligible game categories.

• VIP points are earned on real-money bets only. Bets placed with bonus funds do not contribute to VIP point accumulation unless stated otherwise.
• Point-to-tier thresholds and the benefits attached to each tier are published on the VIP page and may be updated by u899 with reasonable prior notice.
• VIP cashback rewards are credited to the player's real-money balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, as specified in the VIP terms.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Players who do not maintain the activity level required for their tier may be moved to a lower tier at the next review period.
• VIP benefits, including elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing, are non-transferable and apply only to the account that earned the tier status.

8. Games & Betting

u899 offers Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and sports betting markets including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football and Esports. All games on the platform are provided by third-party game studios and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages set by those providers.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. u899 will not reverse a completed bet except in cases of a proven technical fault on the platform's side.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game — disconnection, display error or server issue — u899 will resolve the situation using the last confirmed game state recorded on its servers. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may vary by game, VIP tier and active promotion.
• For sports and Cricket markets, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live betting odds update in real time and the confirmed odds at the time of bet placement apply.
• u899 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where the outcome has been affected by events outside normal competitive play, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.

9. Security & Fraud Prevention

u899 takes account security and platform integrity seriously. Players are required to cooperate with all reasonable security and verification requests.

• You must keep your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. Never share these with anyone, including anyone claiming to be u899 support.
• u899 support will never ask for your password. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately so your account can be secured. Prompt reporting is essential — u899 cannot be held liable for losses incurred before a security breach is reported.
• The use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with u899 in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or engage in money laundering through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be permanently closed with all funds frozen pending investigation.

10. Responsible Gaming

u899 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible, sustainable play. Gaming on u899 is for adult entertainment only. It is not a way to make money and should never be funded from money needed for essential living expenses.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based alerts so you know how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can pause your account for a set period directly from your account panel. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
• 18+ Rule: u899 will never knowingly allow a person under 18 years of age to register or play. Age verification is part of the standard KYC process.
• Chasing Losses: Attempting to recover losses by increasing bet sizes or deposit amounts is a warning sign of problem gambling. If this describes your behaviour, use the self-exclusion tool and step away from the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on u899.pro — including but not limited to the u899 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text and graphics — is the intellectual property of u899 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use any part of u899's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. u899 operates as a platform distributor and does not claim ownership of individual game titles.

12. Limitation of Liability

u899 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues at all times.

• u899 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.
• u899 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, arising from platform use.
• u899's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the player's real-money balance at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits u899's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

u899 may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that affect existing players' rights or obligations, u899 will provide advance notice via the platform or registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of u899 after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account closure.
